My Favorite Shakeology Recipe

Shakeology is a daily regime for me so I like to SHAKE things up a bit!

SHAKE-YOURBOOTY-OLOGY is what I like to call this one!

4oz Non Dairy Milk (Almond, Cashew or Coconut are my favs)

4oz Coffee (Use the stuff from the day before, that way its already cold)

1 Cup of ice

1 Scoop of Vegan Chocolate Shakeology (My FAV)

1 TSP of All Natural Peanut Butter (PB2 is lower in calories but has added sugar…thats a no no!)
