Most people are averaging a weight loss of 6-12 pounds during a bootcamp.

What Exactly Is Clean Eating?

The soul of clean eating is consuming food in its most natural state, or as close to it as possible.  It is NOT a diet!  It’s a lifestyle approach to food and its preparation, leading to an improved life, one meal at a time.

What‘s Required of Me on a Daily Basis When I’m in a Bootcamp?

In the Bootcamps there is a required daily check-in to a private Facebook group page. Each check-in varies ~ I like to keep things interesting! Weigh-ins and measurements are also a part of this program.

I teach on all the topics of clean eating and help transition each person away from the standard American diet over to clean eating! I also strongly encourage swapping out wheat, sugar and dairy with the many foods I give as a replacement!

Participation is the key to your success, as it will keep you motivated and in turn be your support system that will help your reach your goals!
